These pans are very easy to pull out from oven with pan gripper. Pans and lids are designed to stag up safely. Recommended height for staging is up to 20-25 pans each stag. Easy to clean. Lids are recommended to wash daily, pans can be cleaned after 5-6 months as these are sanitized by heat each time goes through the oven.
