 Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Order Processing: Most orders are packed over the weekend and dispatched on Monday.

2. Pizza Pans & Make Rings Processing Time: Pizza pans and make rings require 12-14 working days to process, meaning your order may be dispatched within 14 working days and then depends on courier service. When purchasing pans, no other products can be combined with pans. If you wish to order other pizza tools, please make a separate purchase. Pickup is not available for pans.

3. South Island Pizza Pans Delivery Charges: The price for pizza pans shipping on checkout is applicable to the North Island only. For deliveries to the South Island, there will be a surcharge on top of the normal shipping charges calculated at checkout. For South Island deliveries, an additional $0.80 per pan must be paid. Please find the South Island shipping from products and pay accordingly. Please contact us if you require any clarification on this.

4. Local Pickup & Delivery: Local pickup and delivery are not available for pizza pans. We do not allow pizza pan pickups. Shipping charges must be paid for all pizza pan orders. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs or cancel orders if local pickup or delivery is chosen for pizza pan orders. A minimum order is required for local delivery of other items, which will be delivered only on weekends.

5. Live Plants: We pack our plants for shipping carefully with labels indicating "This way up" and "Live plant inside," but we do not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during shipping handled by the courier company, as plants are perishable. No claims can be made against courier companies for damaged plants.

Live plants are perishable and fragile. All plants will be shipped at the buyer's risk. Some soil may come out of pots during transit, and some stems may break, but they can be propagated if possible (depends on the plant and cuttings). There may be some brown spots on leaves. Plants may experience transit shock, but they recover easily under the right growing conditions.

Note: We do not accept negative feedback for damaged plants resulting from shipping handled by the courier company. Please purchase only if you accept this condition.

Plants will be shipped between Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend holds by the courier company. Orders paid on or after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
